You Love the Corporation
And the Corporation loves you.
There is a company here called SunTec which seems to be in charge of a lot of things. The name reminds me of 1984 or some science fiction city of the future. They have 5 huge towers in a big circle and 'The World's Largest Fountain' in the middle. Unfortunately it was switched off for maintenance when we saw it but the scaffolding was all made from Bamboo so it was still pretty cool to see.
Today we walked around Chinatown and up to the marina. We hung around there a while and sat by the river. Then we walked back up through Little Italy and stopped at another hostel which we have booked dorm rooms in for tomorrow. It looks a bit more lively and apparently they sell the cheapest beer in Singapre (for guests only). We have found a hypermarket where we can buy cheap noodles and veg so we don't spend too much money.

haha this sounds more like it! Dorm rooms! Thats a phrase I know and love! Hope you don't have any fat noisy american ladies to keep you up at night with their horrible snoring... ringing any New York shaped bells Ally??
