We have moved into Northbridge in Perth, near the centre of town and near the railway station. The hostel we are staying in is a bit poo though :( It is full of lads who drink beer all day and take over the whole swimming pool area being noisy and intimidating. And the showers suck. Ah well. We are leaving tomorrow to get on the Indian Pacific! Finally! We went and bought snacks and a pillow today to make the journey a bit easier. We have met a few people that have done the same journey the other way and although they say they are glad they did it they also wouldn't do it again. So we need to be prepared for a 3 day sit down! Actually I think it will do me good as I am really tired at the moment but it might get a bit much for Ben.

This afternoon we are meeting Jez and Beth again to say goodbye and at 11am tomorrow we are off. Here's hoping it all goes to plan!
